poor Total Team Reset is designed for organisations that want to take a more preventative approach to workforce health rather than reacting once problems have already impacted performance.

It’s particularly suited to organisations with around 50+ employees experiencing challenges such as rising absenteeism, burnout, turnover, poor performance, declining engagement or uncertainty around the effectiveness of their current wellbeing initiatives.

Total Team Reset doesn’t replace your existing wellbeing initiatives, it helps them work better together.

Many organisations already have EAPs, wellbeing platforms, workshops and employee benefits. The challenge is often knowing where workforce risks are emerging, which interventions should be prioritised and whether current investments are making a measurable difference.

By combining continuous employee engagement with workforce insights, targeted education and ongoing review, Total Team Reset helps organisations move from reactive wellbeing activities to a coordinated, preventative workforce health strategy.

The programme runs over 12 months, creating a continuous cycle of assessment, education and improvement.

It begins with an anonymous workforce assessment to establish your baseline. We then provide leadership with organisational insights and recommendations before delivering targeted education based on your workforce’s priorities.

Throughout the year, employees receive ongoing wellbeing support, while quarterly pulse assessments track progress, identify emerging trends and help refine the next steps.

Yes.

Individual employee responses remain confidential and are never shared with managers or leadership teams.

Leadership receives aggregated organisational insights that highlight workforce trends and priorities without identifying individual employees. This encourages honest participation while providing meaningful information to guide organisational decision-making.

We’ve designed Total Team Reset to minimise administration for your team.

We’ll guide you through the initial planning process, manage programme delivery and provide structured quarterly reviews with practical recommendations.

Your primary role is helping champion the programme internally while we take care of the ongoing coordination and delivery.

Once you’ve completed the assessment, we’ll review your responses to better understand your organisation’s goals, current challenges and suitability for the programme.

If Total Team Reset appears to be a good fit, we’ll invite you to a discovery conversation to explore your priorities and discuss how the programme could support your organisation.

If we don’t believe it’s the right fit, we’ll point you towards practical resources that may be more appropriate, there’s no obligation to move forward.

Total Team Reset runs for 12 months from your agreed commencement date, with quarterly measurement and review scheduled from your initial workforce baseline. Payment structures can be discussed to support organisational budgeting and procurement requirements.

Normal employee movement is expected and does not require constant repricing. New employees can be incorporated into the programme and departing employees removed. If workforce growth materially changes the agreed programme scope or moves the organisation into a higher pricing band, this can be reviewed at the next quarterly review. Workforce changes are also considered when interpreting quarterly trends so leadership receives appropriate context alongside the data.
